Photocopier, duplicator or both?
A photocopier handles everyday office work: circulars, forms, scanning, short runs. A digital duplicator such as a Riso is built for long runs of the same page, which is what question papers and notices are. Many institutions use both. Our guide to photocopiers for schools and colleges compares them.
Exam season and admissions are peaks. Renting a machine for the busy term, or sending overflow work to our bulk printing service, avoids buying capacity you need for only a few weeks.
Equipment institutions use
A3 photocopiers for the office, a duplicator for exam runs, and ID card equipment for the start of the year.
