Who needs an A3 photocopier?

Anyone who handles drawings, ledgers, legal paper, notices or booklet work. An A3 machine also prints A4; the trade-off is a higher price and a larger footprint. What to check before choosing one

  • Monthly volume, which sets the speed and duty class you need.
  • Mono only, or colour as well.
  • Paper capacity, so staff are not refilling trays every hour.
  • A document feeder (ADF or RADF) if you scan or copy multi-page sets.
  • Network scanning (scan to email or folder) if the machine replaces a scanner.
